Smoked Paprika Crumbs

At True Grain, we have been crafting amazing bread for over 20 years. We are excited to offer our newest line of seasoned bread crumbs for your culinary pursuits. We start by baking our French Bread in small batches. This bread is made using organically grown, BC farmed and milled flour. We carefully dry and crumb the loaves. Next, we season with our own smoked paprika. This blend is amazing on chicken, vegetables or any dish that needs some pizzazz. Try our other seasoned varieties including Spicy Jerk and Italian seasoned, or try a plain crumb and create your own!

Directions: place 100g of mix in a bag or container. Put one piece of chicken or similar amount of other meat or vegetables. Shake until coated. Repeat. Other methods of breading food with egg or oil will also work. Cook food to proper temperature before consuming.

Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, organic smoked paprika, sea salt, malt, yeast.
