Chocolate Shortbread

Our Chocolate Shortbread uses the same dark chocolate chips that we melt for our famous Spelt brownies. We mix these nubbins of cocoa delight into our classic Shortbread dough, which is made with 100 % BC-farmed and BC-milled organic flour. Through extensive taste testing, we believe we’ve achieved the perfect balance of chocolate bursts amid the smooth, buttery backdrop.
