Dresden Style Stollen

Stollen comes with a gift box & icing sugar.

Dresden Stollen, the famed original version of the classic German Christmas cake, unlike our other stollen it does not have a marzipan core. We use 100 % BC-farmed and BC-milled organic flour, to which we add rum-soaked organic Thompson raisins, almonds, and our own candied lemons and oranges. We seal in the flavour with organic butter and sugar while still hot from the oven. Stollen improves as it ages and will be at peak flavour in time for your holiday entertaining. Simply dust with icing sugar and serve.

Ingredients: Organic BC flour, organic raisins, marzipan, organic butter, organic milk, almonds, organic sugar, organic milk, rum, local farm-fresh egg yolks, organic oranges and lemons, yeast, stollen spice, sea salt. Contains: wheat, milk, eggs, nuts.
